We all have a life narrative; some experiences are easy to understand, while others we may try to reject or avoid. My goal as your psychotherapist is to offer you space to collaboratively heal your emotional pain, in a therapeutic relationship that’s built on trust and safety. My approach primarily utilizes IFS and integrates concepts of CBT and DBT, bolstered by an attachment and systems orientation. I'm formally trained in IFS, DBT and BSP.
