My commitment is to offer comprehensive and person-centered therapy to address client's individual needs, help them gain clarity over their life values and achieve life goals.

I’m well-versed in CBT, ERP, ACT and certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy & Accelerated Resolution Therapy- a trauma & exposure treatment that utilizes memory reconsolidation & eye movements to reprogram how negative memories are stored in the brain. ART can provide relief & trauma resolution in as little as 1-3 sessions.

Life can get challenging and my goal is to provide a safe space to speak openly while providing psychoeducation, tools and skills that can help support you through the intricacies of your circumstances.
