I have specialized in grief, loss, and transition following changes in our own family. I have worked with many families and individuals struggling to adapt to a dramatically changed and sometimes frightening world. We have worked to identify their strengths, their supports, and to find a way forward. It is always an honor to enter someone's life and witness them find new meaning, purpose, and understanding of themselves and those around them.
I have specialized training in Grief and Bereavement. This focus helps me to assist client struggling with Depression, Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and other challenges. I am continually amazed at the growth that is possible following trauma. It may not be easy, and it may not be lineal; but growth does happen for many.
