My work with individuals, inclusive of couples, families, and children has been around difficulties related to anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship issues, stress management, social and behavior issues and life transitions. Specialty in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Narcissistic Abuse Trauma.
My therapeutic goal is always to support you throughout your time in treatment, incorporating cognitive behavior therapy, family systems, psycho-dynamic psychotherapy with the use of strength based and goal oriented approaches.
