Hello! I'm a bilingual Spanish speaking therapist, providing a safe environment for clients to process and explore their behaviors, thoughts, and feelings. I offer in person and tele health services. My office is located in Manhattan. I work with a diverse population, and sessions are always tailored to meet the client's needs. My approach consists of insight-oriented psychotherapy. When we have a better understanding of our thoughts and behaviors, it allows us to gain self-awareness, improving our relationship with ourselves and others. I believe that love and compassion, allow us to navigate life's challenges with grace and ease.
I specialize in depression, anxiety, PTSD, women's issues, and the unique struggles faced by the latino and black community. Clients should expect to leave sessions with more awareness and confidence, knowing they have the necessary coping skills to move forward.
Modalities used in session, include but are not limited to CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness techniques, and Existential Therapy. Overall, my style is empowering and solution oriented. I offer a $15, 15 minute phone consultation to ensure my qualifications meet your needs.
