Whether you have tried traditional talk therapy before or are trying out therapy for the first time, I invite you to explore a new pathway to your healing through my integrated mind-body-soul approach. I accompany clients on the journey of meeting their shadow self with compassion and leveraging their somatic and ancestral wisdom to find their center and manifest the life of their dreams.
My therapeutic approach centers the mind-body-soul connection as a soothing balm to mend ancestral wounds and present-day traumas; however, my clinical training also includes trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic and narrative modalities, among others.
