I have extensive experience with Drug and Alcohol Treatment, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Anxiety, and Depression. Again, I am here for you and there is hope. I use a combination of evidence based therapies that include Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Strengths Perspective, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).
What I do best is help you to recognize your strengths, identify as well as prioritize your challenges/problems. Hope begins with a plan and a plan requires action; which is learning to use your strengths to overcome life obstacles and challenges.
