Hi there! I am Frances Bennett a licensed marriage and family therapist. I believe in approaching therapy in a holistic manner crafting treatment based on your own unique needs. I am passionate and experienced in working with trauma, people of color, and the LGBTQ+ community. My approach to therapy is an eclectic mix of theoretical approaches. I am trained in CBT, CPT, ACT, humanistic therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, & mindfulness.
I do my best to create a warm, trusting, safe space in which vulnerability can blossom. Always being transparent, reflective, and honest with my clients. I value honest feedback which I believe helps create a positive therapeutic relationship.
I fell into the career I have today after having a life-changing experience with therapy as a young adult. Helping others has always been important to me. Simply put I feel very privileged to absolutely love what I do professionally.
