My approach integrates current neuroaffective thinking with psychodynamic and sensorimotor psychotherapy, using techniques robustly quantified in the scientific literature. The group will meet January, 2017 - March,2017 for 12 consecutive weeks, on Tuesdays from 5:15p.m. - 6:30 p.m. This group is for those who thought they were through with their eating disorder, but find there are remnants of it left. Although the symptoms aren't full blast, some remain: your interaction with food, exercise, and obsession about your size and body image. These remnants don't allow you to move on to a more comfortable relationship with yourself, with others, and with food. Individual consultation required
