In our first remote session by phone or zoom, we will have the opportunity to explore the interpersonal issues you would like to address. Together, we will work to understand the anxiety , disappointment and relationships that impact your life during this critical time. By becoming aware of deeper experiences and feelings, we can reflect on hope and a personal vision you may have for yourself. I provide a safe, comfortable on-line office that mirrors my belief in earning your trust, keeping impeccable and supportive boundaries, sharing mutual respect and challenging you to stretch your comfort level.
Integrating my extensive years of training, practice and diverse cultural experience overseas, my collaborative style seeks to expand your curiosity, risk and sense of self. If you are struggling with past or present trauma or personal disappointments, I can offer you a deep, affirming commitment to find clarification and unburden yourself.
I believe psychotherapy/psychoanalysis is a gift to oneself to challenge emotional, interpersonal and career obstacles while developing a strong voice, passion, performance and new possibilities. Men, women, couples, adolescents and parents benefit from my broad perspective and experience to build and sustain a new direction of vitality and courage.

Take back your inner and outer safety. Are you remembering incidents in your life that make you feel isolated, hypervigilant and unsafe? You may want the opportunity to share experiences with other survivors in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental atmosphere. Small individual groups for women will explore, learn and implement tools for boundary setting, reducing shame and guilt, and creating a map for safety, relatedness, hope and reconnection toward a sense of aliveness and vitality. An adult survivor recovery group, used in conjunction with individual psychotherapy is a meaningful and powerful resource in the healing process.
