I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, with over 20 years of experience in working with individuals, couples, families and groups. I believe that clients benefit most in a therapeutic relationship which is based on positive regard, understanding, support, acceptance, encouragement and expectations. I work in partnership with each of my clients and their families to elicit change in their daily lives and relationships. It is an honor to witness the change that occurs as my clients grow and develop into the person they wish to be, with greater skills and belief in themselves.

This group is for individuals struggling with concerns related to their relationship with food, body image, and over-exercise. We actively work to explore and challenge belief systems and self-imposed rules. We also discuss relationships, self-image, self acceptance, relaxation and overall symptom management. This is a group open to clients (18 or over) who meet the criteria for any Eating Disorder. If you are interested in learning more, please call my office. Insurance will typically cover the cost of this group with your copay.

Starting in September 2023 -- This group is for males and females, who are living daily with anxiety and who are interested in learning skills to manage and improve their ability to cope, while getting support. This group is facilitated using an Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) treatment approach. This group is a closed group, open to clients who meet criteria for any Anxiety Disorder. If you interested in learning more, please contact my office.
