Now Accepting Patients 18 years of age and older. I am not currently seeing children or high school students. Appointments provided Monday-Thursday from 10:00AM- 5:00PM I provide both in person and online appointments. In Network with AETNA, BCBS TX, United Health Care (UHC) and Traditional Medicare Part B. Many of my clients struggle with depression, anxiety and feel overwhelmed about the future. Person-centered, unconditional acceptance with clear goals for therapy. I utilize cognitive behavior therapy and in some circumstances utilized EMDR. I work best with highly motivated clients who are are ready for honest and clear feedback.
It can be hard to ask for help, but once you make the phone call and leave a message or send the email, there is nothing scary about supportive interventions.
