With 9 years working as a social worker in the areas of grief, life changes, gerontology, depression, anxiety and family conflict. I aim to create a nonjudgmental therapeutic environment. I believe everybody is the expert of their own life, and I value you as the autonomous human you are in this world. Through a holistic (mind, body and spirit) approach, I help guide the expert (you) in achieving satisfaction in your life.
In the beginning, I will get to know you through building rapport via talk therapy. Once established, we will work together in setting goals to achieve your desired outcomes. Then I will utilize various therapeutic methods to help guide you to desired outcomes.
Going through life we are faced with its challenges and stressors that lead us to question ourselves and our reality. Whether it is unresolved trauma ineffective coping skills or low self-esteem, I hope to help you in reestablishing the best version of yourself.
