There are times in life when we all find ourselves needing to heal from a painful past, trying to live in the present moment, and/or struggling to plan for an unsure future. Life can get so hectic that we can feel out of balance. This can contribute to brain health issues such as anxiety, depression, irritability, fatigue, sleep issues, mood and behavior problems. Finding a Counselor/Therapist that is a good fit is crucial. A solid foundation of respect and support is essential. I offer evening and weekend hours. I use evidence based approaches to counseling, including Brain Health Coaching.
Working in schools for the last 24.5 years, I have seen and worked with a variety of brain health issues that children, parents, grandparents, foster parents, educators and the entire community face.
