I am a Licensed Professional Counselor focused on working with adults and adolescents. I have experience in private practice as well as community mental health and domestic violence shelters. My primary focus is on developing a good relationship with my clients by providing a nonjudgmental and supportive environment. I specialize in working with trauma and anxiety in addition to depression, grief, communication, and self esteem concerns.
I adapt my therapeutic approach in counseling based on the needs of my client. I dominantly use EMDR and Mindfulness techniques. I also provide Ketamine assisted psychotherapy.
Having a good therapy experience is about finding the right fit. I tend to be open and very direct with my clients. I feel it's best to let the client lead and support them based on what they feel they need.
