Hello. My name is Forest. I've been providing therapy in my hometown of Missoula since 2005. If you're seeking an experienced provider to achieve meaningful goals, now is the time to reach out. If you've felt overwhelmed, hurt, alone, tired of stubborn symptoms, stuck in conflict, or want to share your thoughts without judgment, therapy can help. It can provide the support, understanding, skills, and tools to overcome these challenges. It is my belief that the benefits of engaging in a process of change with a skilled therapist may lead to both growth and healing.
I feel fortunate to have had amazing mentors and work experience that has allowed me to successfully treat depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, life transitions and relationship conflict. I have also completed a wide array of trainings, a master's in social work, a bachelor's degree in psychology, as well as experience as an Adjunct Professor.
