I maintains a private practice in both Dallas and Austin working with adolescence through adult populations. I work both in intensive psychodynamic psychotherapy as well as marriage and family therapy. My practice also includes forensic psychology. I consult and testify in civil and criminal matters for both the plaintiff/prosecution and defense. I serve as an independent medical evaluator, performing disability evaluations on veterans with disability claims, including mental disability, post-traumatic stress disorder and traumatic brain injury.

I am a board certified forensic psychologist, and my psychology practice focuses on evaluation and consultation. I conduct forensic psychological evaluations for the courts in both criminal and civil matters on issues including competency to stand trial, capacity to waive Miranda rights, criminal responsibility ("insanity") and other mental health defenses, risk assessment, mitigation, personal injury, disability claims, fitness for duty, diagnostic clarification, and malingering/response styles. I DO NOT conduct child custody evaluations or other evaluations for family court.

With this belief, I decided to devote my time in achieving a doctorate degree in psychology from California School of Professional Psychology. I am a psychologist trained in clinical and forensic psychology. My training and experience have allowed me to develop clinical expertise in treatment modalities that are evidence based, such as CBT and ACT. I also have extensive training in the assessment of psychological concerns including diagnostic clarification and personality functioning.

My educational background includes an M.A. in Psychology from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, and an M.A. in Forensic Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I am focused on providing compassionate and effective therapy tailored to each individual's needs. As a provider of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), I offer evidence-based approaches to address behavioral, anxiety, mood, and trauma-related disorders. My name is JacQue’ Timberlake (I prefer to be called Jay. I received my bachelor’s degree at Pittsburg State University in 2015. I received my master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at Webster University in 2019. I am also currently achieving a doctorate in Forensic Psychology at Walden University.

Academically, he received his Associates from Central Texas College; Bachelors in Political Science from American Military University; Masters & Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Albizu University; & Post-Doctorate MS in Clinical Psychopharmacology from Fairleigh Dickinson University (prescribing psychologist).He completed his Clinical & Forensic Psychology Residency at the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. What is the DOT return-to-duty process? A positive test is a violation. So also is a refusal to be tested. So are a number of other things that are prohibited by DOT. When an employee has a positive test or refuses to be tested or has one of DOT's other violations, DOT requires the employer to immediately remove that employee from safety-sensitive functions. An employer who allows an employee with a violation to continue performing safety-sensitive functions is subject to fines, up to $10,000 per day. An employee with a violation has two options.
