Online Support Group for Women Grieving Moms

This virtual peer support group is designed especially for motherless daughters seeking meaningful ways to mourn and grow through grief in an intimate community of friends who "get it." The expressive arts are a powerful way to express grief, join others who are mourning, & honor & connect with those we've lost. We'll do a variety of creative activities together & in between sessions--no experience or skill needed! really!--to move through loss consciously and in community. We are not here to make good-looking art or write eloquent poetry, just express ourselves, grieve meaningfully, & maybe even have some fun.
