A support group for individuals navigating challenges related to using food for comfort & binge eating. Topics explored will include: Biology & evolution of food habits, What’s underneath using food for comfort (needs, emotions & trigger), Nutrition & intuitive eating, Coping tools related to self-compassionate inquiry, awareness, mindfulness, distress tolerance, replacement strategies, response prevention & exposure (when appropriate/applicable) & more. **Can bill insurance**
