Yá'át'ééh! (Hello!) My name is Florina. I am member of the Dine' tribe. I was born and raised on the Arizona and now based in Flagstaff, Arizona. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, focusing on individual strengths and meeting people where they are in their journey. I am to work collaboratively with clients. I believe in empowering clients to choose their path towards healing, providing tools to cultivate resilience, and self-understanding.
I am trained in Level 1 Internal Family Systems (IFS) (presently working toward certification), EMDR, and other trauma-informed interventions. I have experience working with people who have experienced trauma, victims of crime, and individuals seeking support working through a crisis, grief, anxiety, and depression.
My goal as a therapist is to offer a safe and therapeutic environment where you can share your story, embark on your healing journey, and experience personal growth. I look forward to meeting you!
