One of the first things asked of me when creating this website profile was to describe my ideal client. I don't think I have an ideal client. To me that implies that I can pick and choose my client's problems, symptoms, relationships, and so forth, and it's that same individuality and variety of people and presenting concerns that I value. I wouldn't change that if I could. I meet a lot of people who don't really know what they need or cannot visualize/verbalize their true goals. Discovery can be a part of the therapeutic process.

Have you ever felt like no one understands what you are going through? That you are alone on this road called life and not really sure where it is taking you? You may feel “weak” if you seek therapy, but let me tell you that is the complete opposite of what you are. By you finding help you are proving to yourself that you are stronger than what you think. As you take this big step in your journey it can bring a lot of nerves and excitement at the same time. It is not easy to find a stranger to talk about your feelings with. I want to be the person who will fill your cup up when you need it the most.

Our ideal client is wanting and ready to reach their goals In couples, you are ready to improve your communication and heal resentment or infidelity issues. Individually we enjoy working with clients that can verbalize their needs or maybe we can identify it together but are ready to make changes or identify past trauma if ready to do that and heal that with EMDR therapy. We enjoy making a difference for all our clients in a timely manner. We have 19 clinicians so we can help as many clients as we can either day, night or weekends. We do not want to turn anyone away who is 13 and older needing counseling services.

Simply existing during our day-to-day life can be a struggle within itself at times. Trauma, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, and conflict can create added pressures that feel overwhelming to us. If this is you, I am here to work with you as a therapist. My goal when working with clients is to provide a safe, judgment-free zone where they feel supported and are able to achieve their identified goals. Healing takes courage, and you have taken the first step by seeking help. I want to help others live their life, not just exist, and I believe addressing what is causing us pain and discomfort is part of that.

“Just because no one else can heal or do your inner work for you, doesn’t mean you can, should, or need to do it alone” -Olivera. As a skilled therapist I look forward to facilitating and supporting you on your inner work journey towards healing and self-discovery. If you’re here, then maybe it’s time to experience the transformative power of therapy. You’ll be empowered to work through struggles with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, marriage/family, and relationship issues, to name a few, by cultivating resilience, developing coping skills, and fostering meaningful relationships.

Marcus specializes in working with adolescents, adults, and couples who are trying to get things on track. My priority is to relate and put my clients in a nurturing environment to grow. With couples I'm neutral reframing from shaming or judging. My background is in EMS working alongside law enforcement, nurses and doctors, military, and firefighters. I’m empathetic towards individuals frequently in high stress situations. It does not matter how good of therapist I think I am, if my clients aren't benefiting from my services. Morning and afternoon virtual appointments can usually be accommodated within 72 hours. You are not alone!

I am here for you and with you. You are many things to many people in your life. You are a partner, parent, grandparent, friend, professional, neighbor, but who are you to yourself? How are you taking care of you? Are you taking time for yourself, without guilt, to work towards your personal, emotional, physical, psychological, and professional goals? As we navigate our experiences and choices in life, we often carry complex feelings and unresolved baggage. These feelings become unbearable at times. Fear, doubt, insecurities, and worry can take a hold of us, resulting in us neglecting ourselves and repeating the same patterns
