She has 11 years’ experience helping individuals three years and older adversely affected by abuse, neglect, and trauma. She has helped people with depression, anxiety, anger issues, life transitions, couple’s issues, and addictive/compulsive behaviors. Karen is certified in Integrative Medicine for Mental Health to help clients improve their mental health holistically. She completed her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida and her Master of Science in mental health counseling from Capella University.
