Michele has over 26 years of experience working in the social services and behavioral healthcare fields providing case management, facilitation and training clinical assessment, instruction as an adjunct professor, curriculum and program development, program management, mentoring, therapy, and clinical supervision. Michele utilizes a client-centered, strengths-based approach in therapy with clients, identifying their treatment needs and utilizing appropriate evidenced-based treatment to achieve treatment outcomes.
