I understand the pain involved with couple's problems, with anger, with anxiety, and with depression. My true specialty is anxiety, I find it fascinating and is my favorite subject. I became a Marriage and Family Therapist because I enjoy processing with individuals and listening to personal journeys to find a resolution. I was a High School performance art major and find this skill set benefical in providing supports through visual cues using various therapeutic approaches and modalities. My clients are as eclectic as my treatment approach. No two people are alike. As a result, treatment goals vary with each individual person. My clients are not in crisis.
