The pandemic has presented a whole myriad of issues that has also tested many people and possibly surfaced issues that people didn't realize existed. Whatever the issue, therapy is a good start to begin finding ways of coping and processing to begin to heal and move forward. The goal of therapy is to begin a process of change that you can continue on your own.
As a clinical social worker, I am here to partner with you on this journey to find ways to work through these issues in your time and at your comfort level. For some people that involves short term therapy and for others, they need time to work through smaller parts of the issue to begin healing the bigger parts.
