We are bio-psycho-social beings, and an imbalance in one area affects the others. Therapy is a process that can enable you to identify what is making you struggle in your relationships, in your physical body and with your mental health. It can help you find unique ways to make the changes that will empower you to become more resilient and capable of coping with difficult situations, as part of an ongoing learning experience. I believe that each person is a singular and unique human being. With that mindset, I understand my clients own idiosyncratic style, and unique ways of perceiving and managing conflicts.
As your therapist, I aim to support your personal growth and change. My academic background and professional experience in psychology and social work allow me to have a broad systems perspective, that focuses on your individual history and current needs. Some of my theoretical training includes: CBT, DBT,SFT, Systemic Therapy and Psychoanalysis.
I enjoy working with clients from a diverse cultural backgrounds, gender identities, age groups, diverse life experiences and age groups.
