My mission is to connect with individuals, couples, & families to assist them in transforming & harmonizing their lives. Most of my clients are dealing with some type of trauma or hurdle in their lives and their goals are to be able to overcome this challenge. I believe my clients already have the skills and self knowledge to deal with the challenges, my job is to assist them in seeing how their skill set can be used in this specific situation.
I offer Talk therapy as well as Sandtray therapy and operate from a Trauma-informed lens. Additionally, my preference is to work with couples or families. I utilize a systems approach believing that when working with the entire systems people are better able to understand each other and support one another through whatever the challenge may be.
When finding oneself in these predicaments it is important to know we are not alone as often it can feel as if we are. My first focus is to come alongside and normalize the situation. Additionally I am a collaborative therapist which means that we are equal partners in the journey, moving forward together with the focus of overcoming the challenge.
