Counseling is a process of change. I believe counseling is about making positive changes in ourselves, our relationships, and the way we view our world. My approach to facilitating this change is decidedly strengths based, person-centered, and collaborative. I work with clients to support their current needs while challenging them to change the way they understand themselves and think about their lives. As your counselor, I will be interested in knowing what you want to change about your life. Your desire for change will be the basis of our goals for our work together.

Sometimes life weighs us down with major challenges. I believe that individuals, couples or families have the amazing capability of growing, healing and becoming more than anyone can predict, given the appropriate approach. Therapy is designed to guide and assist in this process and ranges from individual psychotherapy to family systems intervention. I'm Farah, a Registered Intern therapist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Attachment Theory. As a faith-based therapist, I am dedicated to fostering holistic health and advocating for mental wellness. I am passionate about strengthening relationships.

Saundra is a clinically licensed mental health counselor with 23 years of experience of assessing, diagnosing, and treating children, adolescents, adults and families. She is experienced with using cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, client-centered therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, trauma-informed therapy, grief therapy and strength-based therapy and other treatment modalities. Throughout the process of therapeutic engagement and collaboration, the client’s treatment goals are identified and a unique and personalized treatment plan is developed.
