You do a good job of appearing to have it together but inside your head it's LOUD. Whether the problem is excessive worry, or doubt, it's always there, lurking, waiting to sabotage a decent day. It makes you snap at people and you don't even know why. Maybe it shows up as anger, irritability, social isolation- however it happens it's not doing anything good for you. It interferes with life overall. Living like this is exhausting and unnecessary.
