I describe myself as an "individualized therapist" because I utilize different evidence-based techniques from different theoretic orientations to help my clients because using and applying one theory and one technique does not help a client. I am an adult and pediatric psychologist. Having been a practicing psychologist for over 20 years, my focus is cognitive behavior therapy.
