Hi, my name is Richard Ehrhardt and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I worked in a well-known substance abuse facility, Turning Point of Tampa in their residential and Intensive Outpatient programs. I also have experience in teletherapy and outpatient levels of care in private practice. Complex times in society have increased substance abuse and many are struggling to cope. Unmet needs such as uncertainty, absence of love and significance, and lack of purpose lead to depression, anxiety, guilt, shame and substance abuse. As a psychotherapist, Kelly is holistic, bringing a humanistic and culturally expansive lens to her work. These lenses include cultural humility, recognition that every human being has inherent strengths, compassion, and the exploration of all aspects of one's physical, mental, spiritual, and social health. The foundation of her work rests on the collaborative building of the therapeutic relationship. She developed her psychotherapy approach working in a variety of practice settings.

I am the Director of E5 Therapy Florida. I joined the E5 therapy team in August 2021. I am an active duty military spouse and have enjoyed moving around the country meeting new people.
