I use a multi-modality approach with clients to share innovative, brief solutions-oriented therapeutic tools vs. “problem-based” therapy. During treatment, you will gain the therapeutic tools necessary for identifying and dismantling negative mental thought patterns and core beliefs, quick and easy cognitive problem-solving strategies, and simple techniques for emotional processing.
