I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Certified Addictions Professional, and a Certified Telehealth Practitioner with more than 18 years of experience working with teens and adults. My primary focus is assisting individuals in their pursuit of recovery from addiction, depression, anxiety, and other life challenges. My work utilizes evidence-based practices, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. I’m am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and rational emotive therapist. I use a multi-modality approach with clients to share innovative, brief solutions-oriented therapeutic tools vs. “problem-based” therapy. We provide therapy and evaluation. As a member of the Hispanic community Dr. Jimenez and other clinician within the practice work with immigration cases providing support and evidence towards hardship and disability claims.
