As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Brainspotting, I can help you heal and find freedom from intrusive memories, thoughts, and negative feelings for good. As your therapist my goal is to provide a confidential, safe, and trusting relationship in which you feel completely comfortable to share whatever is going on in your life. I’ve been providing mental health/counseling services for over 20 years. I specialize in treating adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, life transitions and other disorders. My approach to counseling begins with fostering an open and safe relationship in a nurturing environment that promotes healing, growth and insight.

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist in Florida and Indiana with 23 years of experience treating diverse populations. I am skilled in providing evidence based treatment for adults struggling with anxiety and mood disorders, phase of life issues, anger management, substance abuse, and relationship issues.  I am passionate about establishing a collaborative relationship and utilizing a strength-based perspective to assist my clients with making positive life changes. I am currently providing self-pay services in-person and via telehealth to best accommodate the busy lives of my clients.

Let’s face it, life can be difficult. After all, life does not come with an owner’s manual and there is no contract signed between you and life. Success can be a burden, responsibility can be difficult and goals hard to achieve. So many obstacles, real and imagined can cloud our judgment. What do I do? Where do I belong? Am I happy doing what I do and where I am?

My style is light and I help clients find humor when the situation calls for it, and know that laughter is incredibly healing. I will tell you the truth, as I see it, for the sole purpose to help you grow. The average client spends about six months to a year with me. Some clients require just a few visits to hit the reset or rebalance button.
