I earned my Ph.D. from the University of Florida in Clinical Psychology, with a focus on child/pediatrics, but work with patients of all ages. My specialty is in anxiety, OCD, and phobias, but I also work with a variety of other mental health issues, including body-focused repetitive behaviors, such as tics, hair pulling, and skin picking behaviors.

I have a 20+ year background in providing counseling and psychotherapeutic services to integrated behavioral health patients of all ages, from the chronically mentally ill, self-esteem problems, relationship problems, spirituality concerns, identity issues, those who suffer from terminal medical illnesses, in addition to those battling severe chemical dependency problems. I also have experience in providing therapy for inmates as well, and I'm currently attending medical courses to develop learning along the the biochemical spectrum of clinical disorders for future psychiatric practice.

My name is Stacey Lester and i'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida. In my 20 years of experience in mental health counseling, i have helped a number of individuals, young and old to work through several situations from divorce, abuse, tragedies, and normal stress from day to day life. I focus on the individual and what is best depending on their situation and work on techniques and skills that would most benefit them through the counseling process.

After working in the public school system for 27 years, I help children and parents navigate school and life experiences. I work with teens experiencing stress, anxiety, depression and more. I work with athletes, getting their head back in the game. I am available to consult with parents going through challenging times with their child as well as diagnosis and evaluation process with schools and navigate the Individual Education Plan (IEP) process. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which has shown to help in areas of depression, anxiety and much more.
