I earned my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from Hunter College of NYC and my Master of Arts Degree in Mental Health and School Counseling from Webster University.

Hi, I'm Dr. Nancy. I am a Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology Consultant and Licensed Mental Health Counselor ( MH 5918). I specialize in working with athletes, college students, and adults with ADHD and Performance Anxiety. Being an individual with ADHD myself I can understand and relate to those I help with the gifts and struggles that go with being an individual with ADHD. I am also a former competitive athlete as well. Other areas I address are managing stress, coping with chronic health issues, improving fitness, dealing with injury, weight loss, life transitions as well as depression and anxiety disorders.

Along with every day stressors, I am trained in and experienced in accelerated resolution therapy ( ART) for current trauma and past trauma. My goal is to help you find your strength and confidence within yourself.

I am a Florida licensed psychologist and a board-certified behavior analyst. I received my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology in 1995, completed my residency at University of Mississippi Medical Center with special focus in Pediatric Psychology, Women’s Health, and medical issues impacting psychological states and vice versa. My academic training has had a special focus in behavioral and cognitive behavioral methods of evaluation and interventions. Also, I recently trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and basic EMDR therapy to address trauma with adults and youths. I have over 25 years of experience serving a wide range o issues

Too often we are expected to travel through life's journey without acknowledging the incredible demands of self-exploration, healing, and discovery.
