Hi! My name is Bianke Gadsden, I am a licensed clinical social worker and dedicated clinician for the clients I serve. I have extensive experience treating clients in various settings and all walks of life. I specialize in depression, anxiety, and adjustment to stressors in life. I enjoy working with clients who are motivated by change but may have difficulty getting there. Using evidence-based best practices, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, I help my clients gain self-awareness, reduce negative symptoms and improve coping skills.

The journey of one's life can be thrown off course by unexpected changes, trauma, grief, life/family transitions, and emotional struggles. I am dedicated in creating a safe place for individuals and families to understand themselves better and explore these life challenges.
