I have been practicing since 2018 and work primarily with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, ADHD, trauma, grief and loss, and life transitions.

I provide services for adolescents and young adults transitioning toward independence. In addition, I support and equip parents and educators on all levels who are challenged with maintaining a balance between providing nurturing environments to meet the needs of children/youth and living a mentally, emotionally, and physically healthy lifestyle.

Within the therapeutic environment, I strive to provide a welcoming and open-minded space where anyone can come to process the varying obstacles that life throws at you. I connect and utilize various theory's listed below, but I primarily come from a person-centered approach, and encourage communication and finding out together what works best for you within your own life. I utilize a variety of interventions from mindfulness-based practices, internal family systems therapy, and CBT to work through the challenges that life may pose.
