I am a Mental Health counselor and Master's level addictions and trauma therapist who specializes in TEENS and ADULTS. I use the Neuro-Affective Relational Model and EMDR to help my clients overcome the things in their past that are holding them back from living free. I absolutely love what I do and feel privileged to help people everyday. I am personally in recovery, which means that I actually live the life that I am helping people achieve.

I specialize in supporting individuals with a current or past history of trauma or abuse, experiencing depression and/or anxiety, experiencing challenging relationship bonds, are in the midst of a life transition, or to learn effective healthy stress management skills. I am an integrative and experiential counselor meaning, I help clients utilizing techniques focused on healing the mind, body, and spirit through various modalities and experiences while based in a traditional counseling setting.
