Kada enjoys working with children, teenagers and adults. Kada graduated with her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from The University of Florida. She genuinely cares for her clients and puts a lot of time and effort into making sure they are getting the help that they need. She takes a trauma-informed approach and uses attachment-based theory in her practice. She also utilizes CBT, Person-Centered and Mindfulness Based Interventions. When working with children, she loves using Play Therapy Techniques as play is a child’s primary form of communication and processing.

Lauren truly enjoys working with adults, couples, and children ages two and older, along with providing parental support through a love and logic approach. Lauren enjoys working with a variety of issues ranging from Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD), Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Reactive Attachment Disorder (RAD), Adjustment Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Anxiety, Self-Esteem, Depression and Couple’s Counseling.

I have been in Private Practice for over 25 years. My practice serves children, teens, adults and families in a comfortable setting. Most clients I see have the diagnosis of depression or anxiety. My way of treating this is to provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe if we can change the way we think about events in our life that we can find peace and balance. I have worked my entire career to find the most effective style of therapy, and received top training from Dr. Jeff Riggenbach, CBT Therapist and Dr. Patrick Cohn, top Sports Psychologist.

I have Devoted my career to ongoing training and learning new and progressive techniques that work. I have expertise in children and teens but work with Adults as well. I have excellent references available. My expertise includes Trauma and Depression, Anxiety and PTSD. In addition, I am Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) trained and a certified Yoga Instructor.
