I offer individual, couples, and family therapy using primarily TF-CBT, Satir growth model, MI, CPT, and SFBT.
My ideal client is either someone that has been having difficulty connecting to themselves with knowing who they are or what they want after a life-transition, a traumatic event, or maybe for the first time ever. Or someone trying to connect better to the people around them in building their friend group, their bond with their children, or their intimacy with their romantic partner.

As a therapist, I specialize in providing telehealth services to clients who are 12 years old and up. I love working with youth and young adults transitioning into adulthood. One of my strengths is being able to connect with adolescents quickly. I understand that most kids/teens don't feel heard by the adults around them. I want to be that safe adult. I am very authentic and use humor often. I specialize in a trauma-informed approach with children and families. Working with parents is also a passion, as helping the caregiver, helps the family unit!

I have also enjoyed working with teenagers and families for the past several years, finding that if one family member is sick it affects the whole family.
Are you suffering from racing, obsessive, or negative thoughts, difficulty sleeping, or intense stress? Have you experienced an event that you haven't been able to move past? Does your mental state disrupt your lifestyle or your relationships? Or maybe there's just something about yourself that you can't quite figure out. If any of this sounds familiar, I would like to work with you to find your Personal Wellness Solution! If you stay open-minded, honest, and are willing to do something different, we can work together to find understanding, ways to cope, & ultimately relief.

I'm the youngest of 3 from a dysfunctional family.
The 'ideal client' for counseling is someone who is sick & tired of being sick & tired. They are ready for change & peace of mind and ready to see their part in problems. Through counseling and consultation, they can acquire skills to think, feel and behave differently in situations and relationships for better outcomes. Self respect, self worth and esteem get better. Clients notice they feel lighter. There is an overall increased sense of well being. They are increasingly able to do the next right thing while avoiding falling down the rabbit hole of old patterns which initially brought them into counseling.
