I utilize and have over ten years of training and knowledge in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance Therapy, and Solution-Focused modalities.
I am passionate about helping adults overcome the negative effects of stress and experiences in life that may plague in ones’ thoughts, feelings, or behaviors. Life can sometimes be overbearing and the daily obligations and responsibilities can cause emotional strains that often weighs you down. Navigating through life’s challenges can place you on a road block with the uncertainty of which direction you should go. Taking the first step in the direction of therapy can allow you to use your internal compass in unveiling what we may never have known could exist within us - courage.

I believe all people have the potential to live healthy, happy, fulfilling lives. I also believe that sometimes we need help when we struggle with various issues. It is my honor to sit with you as you share your story and allow yourself to be vulnerable. Together we will work on becoming stronger, acquiring tools, and building skills to manage the many things life throws your way. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, talk therapy, solution focused therapy, client-centered and equine assisted therapy, and more. It can be very difficult to reach out for help and I admire your courage in taking that first step.

I strive to deliver compassionate counseling with sincere dedication to service, and to do so as efficiently as possible in order to help alleviate stress and anxiety, and encourage emotional independence. My practice is rooted in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). REBT, the pioneering form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), is a goal-oriented therapeutic approach that helps people to challenge and replace self-defeating beliefs with healthier alternatives. REBT is generally shorter-term, solution-focused, and present-centered which makes it an amazing choice for those who not only wish to FEEL better, but to GET better.
