Better Living Solutions provides collaborative care by licensed mental health professionals, registered dietitians, and certified eating disorder specialists. We can provide you with a full assessment, create a treatment team based on your individual needs, and provide activity guidelines/recommendations and meal support. We also have several group therapy options and will educate you and your support team on tools that are recovery focused.

My personal and professional experience has created a deep passion for helping individuals with eating disorders, trauma, and co-occurring mental health disorders. Ms. Yulfo is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She speaks English and Spanish. She received her BSW in Puerto Rico. She received her Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work at Interamerican University in Puerto Rico. She is currently working towards receiving her PHD in Healthcare Administration. She has more than 8 years in clinical experience working with individuals, couples, teens and families. She works with a variety of mental health disorders including, but not limited to Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Anger Management, Grief and substance use disorder.

My training and background would most benefit are those experiencing difficulty in their relationships with their children, parents, spouses, co-workers or other significant people in their lives; those whose anxiety or depression is holding them back, and those who are willing to work to reach their true potential.
