As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work predominately with people who suffer from depression, anxiety, complicated bereavement, and other mental/behavioral health challenges such as low self esteem, relationship or social issues, self-harm, and outbursts of anger. Much of my experience as a therapist has been focused on helping individuals with post-traumatic stress disorder or who have experienced traumatic, confusing, or stressful life events, such as physical, sexual, or emotional abuse, neglect, death of a loved one, divorce, a medical trauma, or exposure to war/violence.
