I have my Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling. Throughout my career I worked in community settings. I have worked with children, adolescents, families, and individuals with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, parenting, family conflict, grief and loss.

I work with adults (18-70) and have been working in the counseling field since 2020. I am experienced in working with anxiety, depression, social phobia, substance abuse, trauma, stress management, career change issues, women's issues, LGBTQIA+ issues, gender identity issues, grief, and coping with disabilities. Mostly, I find that the people I am working with simply wish to make progress in working towards their personal goals and becoming their best selves.
