Therapy for women and teen girls focuses on helping females cope with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, infertility, and parenting support and coaching for parents who are struggling with how to support their child through the extreme highs and lows of their teen's emotions. After working with teen girls for over a decade I have learned firsthand what challenges teen girls are facing and more importantly what they need to cope, grow, and mature into confident young women.

Dorcar Cruz, RMHCI Dorcar Cruz is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in Florida who has been practicing since 2020. She has an M. Ed. Dorcar believes in a treatment philosophy that is both collaborative and holistic. She feels it is necessary for the person to participate in an open dialogue with the therapist regarding their doubts, strategies, their treatment, and progress. And then treating the whole person and not just their symptoms or diagnosis is key to providing comprehensive and effective care. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Cum Laude, with a Minor of Early Childhood Development and Education from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology with Distinction from Capella University.

Susan Singer is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who has been practicing since 2013. She graduated from Walden University with a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling. Previously she worked in a variety of settings as a Social Worker with a bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW). Sue believes in an Integrative Approach, utilizing Dialectic Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic, Exposure Response Prevention, Motivational Interviewing, Gestalt, Grief work and a blend of other approaches so that she can meet the client's needs.
