I specialize in supporting individuals with a current or past history of trauma or abuse, experiencing depression and/or anxiety, experiencing challenging relationship bonds, are in the midst of a life transition, or to learn effective healthy stress management skills. I am an integrative and experiential counselor meaning, I help clients utilizing techniques focused on healing the mind, body, and spirit through various modalities and experiences while based in a traditional counseling setting.

I enjoy collaborating with my clients on how they can reach the overall wellness goals. My approach to wellness recovery is direct, supportive and empowering. I help clients develop insight into the changes needed to improve the way they think and feel. My ideal client is someone motivated to make changes but needs direction on how to do so. Many of the people I have worked with have struggled with relationship issues, grief, addiction, depression, anxiety and life transitions.

I'm dedicated to supporting your child's social, emotional, intellectual, and behavioral development by focusing on using evidence-based services so that your child receives the best care possible. Caige graduated with a bachelors degree from Flagler College in St. Augustine FL, majoring in Psychology and Criminology. He then obtained his Masters degree from the University of North Florida in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He also holds a certification in Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT-C). During his AAT-C training he was exposed to incorporating dogs and horses into therapeutic partnerships.

I can help you learn the coping skills to address your personal & relationship issues including: anxiety, depression, self esteem, marital communication & conflict resolution, parenting skills, and trauma & abuse. In addition to being skilled in the "talking therapies" I am a certified hypnotherapist. .

Neuropsychology involves the assessment of brain functions such as memory, attention, concentration, judgment, reasoning, problem solving, motor and sensory functions and psychological variables that affect functioning. These evaluations can identify learning disabilities, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Autism Spectrum Disorders or other Developmental Disorders. They can also diagnose dementia and subtle cognitive deficits in strokes, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's, Lyme Disease, Traumatic Brain injury, Neurosurgery as well as many other disorders.
