At this point in my career I am working exclusively with adults. Over the years I have worked with my clients on such issues as Anxiety and Panic attacks, Depression, PTSD, Self Esteem problems, Borderline Personality, and marital issues. The kinds of therapy I use most frequently include EMDR, EFT, Gestalt therapy, and Hypnosis. I have also incorporated my long time meditation practice along with my love for Buddhism into my use of Mindfulness therapy.

She earned a BA in Psychology from Flagler College, a MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and her certification in Play Therapy at Stetson University.
