The healing process can seem like a long and painful journey. Having an experienced professional can make all the difference. I'm a trauma trained, licensed therapist who takes a non-judgmental and empathetic approach to the therapeutic process. I use tools such as EMDR, meditation, and somatic processing to help clients release the past and relieve the mind and body from emotional suffering. I believe that addressing the root causes of problems can help alleviate many mental health symptoms and lead to a more connected and fulfilling life.

I provide affirming therapy to neurodiverse, LGBTQIA, trans, non-traditional relationships such as: poly, swing, kink/BDSM, open communities. I can be direct yet empathetic and meet you were you are in order for therapy to provide you with the answers you are seeking to lasting change. I believe clients are the experts of themselves.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and trained in EMDR. I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. I have worked with a variety of clients and families including residential facilities, outpatient behavioral health programs, and private practice settings. My specialty is providing services to those who experience PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, and depression and are eager to learn how to manage difficult emotions in a healthier way. I also engage active parents to learn skills related to stress management, positive parenting, behavior management, and effective communication.

I intentionally help my clients learn and build coping skills/tools to build self-awareness for them to have healthy relationships within themselves and with others, so they do not have to be in therapy for the rest of their life. I am experienced in working with addictions, veterans, LGBTQ, and couples in diverse populations. I also specialize in working with individuals and their families struggling with addiction, as this is a family disease. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Forensic Mental Health Evaluator, Collaborative Family Law Practitioner, and a PhD candidate in conflict resolution, I specialize in family discord including high conflict divorce and parenting coordination cases. However, my deepest passion is expanding consciousness in individuals/youth, families/couples, and social systems using science and spirituality to awaken a deeper, more satisfying experience of reality. Complicated relationships are my specialty. I work with partners, parents, adolescents, and families and am passionate about helping my clients create the lives and relationships they desire. As a social worker in the public school system, I developed an affinity for working with adolescents. She specializes in working with adolescents and adults to address symptoms of anxiety, depression, relationship/matiral issues, trauma, poor peer relations, grief, lack of coping skills, chronic illness and low self-esteem. She believes in a holistic approach to counseling and is able to adapt and alter her therapeutic approaches with each client based on their individual needs.
