Please note pricing listed is for two-hour sessions. My clients gain freedom from negative thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors through the process of hypnosis. It is a safe, evidence-based practice that utilizes natural states of mind to powerfully address issues. Hypnosis is not a cure for mental health or medical conditions. Rather, it can help with fears, phobias, and anxiety as much as it can help with confidence and self-esteem so you can get on with being even more magnificent than you already are. Sessions are typically 2 hours and are available at 3 convenient locations or virtually.

Self-compassion is the ability to forgo self-blame in order to forgive oneself for imperfections, as well as natural and honest reactions to traumatic events. Self-compassion has been shown to decrease mental health symptoms (e.g., anxiety, depression, shame) related to trauma, and increase positive psychological traits (happiness, joy). I utilize this approach alongside existential questions related to substance use, career choice, family issues, self-worth, and trauma.
